Hanami International is partnering with a Central London independent accountancy practice to recruit a Tax Manager. This hands-on role offers autonomy, ownership of a client portfolio, and a direct line to Partners.

You will influence growth while delivering tax compliance, planning and advisory work across varied clients. Ideal candidates will have UK practice experience, broad tax expertise, and a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.

• Experience gained within a UK accountancy practice is essential.
• Broad tax experience across personal tax, corporate tax, and advisory work.

We've partnered exclusively with a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Central London, that is growing and looking to bring a Tax Manager into the team.

Ideal for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and being hands on! Real ownership from day one, with a high-visibility role within the practice where you'll take responsibility for your own clients and have influence on the continued growth of the firm.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients, with plenty of variety across tax compliance, planning and advisory work. It's a role where you'll be close to your clients, close to the Partners and able to make a real impact - FAST!

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, where no two days or engagements are the same, bringing plenty of variety, complexity and opportunity to get stuck into interesting work.
• Provide a broad range of tax services, including compliance, planning and advisory work.
• Broaden your existing experience and gain further exposure across different areas of tax.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted adviser.
• Work directly with experienced Partners who are approachable, commercially minded and invested in the development of their team.
• Advise clients on practical tax solutions that support their personal and business objectives.
• Review work, share knowledge and support the development of more junior members of the team.

• Experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
• You'll have broad tax experience across a range of areas and enjoy working with a varied client base.
