This is a broad, commercially focused position working with investment managers and their fund structures across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines technical tax advisory work with oversight of ongoing tax processes, transaction support and direct interaction with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced tax professionals on complex international matters while helping clients navigate evolving tax and reporting requirements. Rather than delivering isolated projects, you'll develop long-term relationships with clients and play an active role in supporting their day-to-day tax function.
You’ll likely be a qualified tax professional with experience gained within professional services, asset management or a related environment. Experience covering international tax, investment structures, cross-border reporting or fund-related matters would be advantageous.
The essential skill is with US tax and Tax ops especially w-8 forms and/ or FATCA/ CRS entity classification.
