Superdry is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the Group’s tax strategy, compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage the VAT and corporate tax processes, liaise with HMRC and external advisors, and line-manage a direct report, ensuring robust controls and timely reporting.

As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all tax matters across the Superdry Group. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will ensure that the Group meets its tax compliance and reporting obligations across all jurisdictions in which we operate. You will manage the relationship with external tax advisors who prepare and submit VAT returns globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong governance.
You will take ownership of the Group’s overall tax framework, ensuring appropriate controls, policies and processes are in place. With one direct report focused on corporation tax, you will provide leadership, oversight and development support, while retaining accountability for all taxes (excluding payroll taxes and customs duty). This is a broad, hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
