Tax Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle | London | Hybrid Working

Our client is a global fashion brand rooted in vibrant creativity, with a rich history and a carefully curated brand identity. The business was founded over 60 years ago in London and is still run by it's founder and family. Today, they remain true their heritage: bold, independent, and full of discovery.

They are now looking for a Tax Managerto join the Finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role is pivotal to delivering our Group’s tax strategy and obligations while also contributing to governance, advisory, and strategic tax initiatives across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant or tax advisor (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CIOT or equivalent) seeking to work in a dynamic, international business that blends creativity with commercial strength.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of Tax you will both lead the Group's Tax strategy obligations both in the UK and internationally.
• Managing in conjunction with advisors, UK and overseas tax compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
• Lead cash tax forecasting and ensure timely tax payments.
• Support financial reporting with tax provisioning and disclosures.
• Maintain and enhance our tax governance framework, including SAO compliance.
• Support and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Assist with a broad range of tax areas: employment, property, environmental taxes, and more.
• Partner with the wider Finance team to streamline tax processes and introduce automation.

Your Background

• ACA/ACCA or ATT/CIOT qualified (or equivalent).
• A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect strategic tax thinking with operational detail.
