We are partnered with an International Oil and Gas company who are looking for a Tax Manager to join their London Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Global tax reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Group tax reporting processes, including ETR and cash tax analysis.
• Oversee Country-by-Country Reporting and BEPS Pillar 2 compliance.
• Coordinate and support automation of tax reporting systems.
• Review UK and overseas VAT and corporate tax returns.
• Manage tax compliance for UK, Jersey, and Netherlands entities.
• Support employment and expatriate tax matters (PAYE, P11Ds, social security, etc.).
• Advise on complex tax issues including R&D, transfer pricing, and CFCs.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities (e.g., HMRC).

About You:

• Qualified (ATT / CTA / ACA / ICAS) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax.
• Experience in tax reporting and accounting, ideally with Oracle TRCS or similar.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-focused.
• Experience in oil and gas or related sectors is a plus.
