THE ROLE

Sitting within the Finance Department, responsible for all aspects of AllSaints' financial and management reporting, taxation, cash management, and treasury worldwide, you will work alongside the North America Tax Manager, report directly to the Head of Tax, and manage the Senior Tax Associate.


Your primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with UK tax obligations, managing relationships with non-UK tax compliance providers, and supporting tax disclosures in financial statements, along with various ad hoc tax projects.


WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Deputising for the Head of Tax
  • Managing the performance of the Senior Tax Associate
  • Developing and administering tax governance policies, procedures, and controls
  • Managing transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Overseeing tax accounting, reporting, and controls
  • Preparing UK Corporation Tax returns
  • Managing European Corporate Income Tax returns
  • Maintaining relationships with European tax compliance providers
  • Preparing tax disclosures for financial statements
  • Reviewing cash-tax and effective tax rate forecasts
  • Supporting non-finance personnel with tax compliance
  • Undertaking ad hoc tax planning and compliance projects
