• As a manager you will be joining their growing team, working closely with Private Client Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to develop new client relationships and pursue market opportunities.
• You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including international high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds, and executives.
• You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating across the firm to deliver complex projects.
• Maintain expert tax knowledge, staying updated on legislation changes and advising clients and colleagues on technical issues.
• Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to team members while keeping senior stakeholders informed on progress.
• Must possess ACA/CTA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent) with strong UK personal tax knowledge, including complex tax issues for owners, founders, executives, and family-owned businesses.
• Experience in international tax matters (residence, domicile, arrivals/departures) is essential.
• Exposure to private equity and Alternative Investment Funds is preferred; training is available if required.
• Partnership tax experience is beneficial.
• Coaching and delegation abilities are needed to develop associates and senior associates in technical expertise and client management.
