Tax Manager

An award–winning accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its expanding tax department. With a strong reputation across the region, this is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic tax professional with experience across both corporate and personal tax to step into a varied, client–facing position. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver tailored advice and support a broad portfolio of clients, including on complex planning matters, all within a forward–thinking and client–focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be involved in a wide range of tax matters, including:

• Corporate tax compliance and advisory
• Employee share incentive schemes and employment–related securities returns
• Corporate reconstructions and HMRC tax clearances
• Trust tax planning and inheritance tax planning
• Tax support on transactions, including due diligence
• Overseas matters including double tax treaties
• Capital gains tax planning and 60–day reporting
• VAT advice and compliance
• EMI, ATED, and residential property CGT returns

• Ideally CTA qualified, or ACA/ACCA qualified with 2–5 years' experience in a mixed tax practice
• Proven experience in both corporate and personal tax matters
• Excellent attention to detail with strong technical knowledge
• Confident communicator and proactive problem–solver
• Ability to manage workload independently while working effectively within a team
