Corporate Tax Lawyer (Legal Director/Partner level) Salary £85K - £200K DOE + Excellent Benefits Package and Career Development

We have an unmissable opportunity for a Senior Tax Lawyer to join the corporate team of an award-winning, high-profile national law firm. The role can be based in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, or Lancashire (hybrid).

This is a senior position, so we are looking for candidates with upwards of 7 years PQE to join at either Legal Director or Partner level.

You will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including M&A Transactions, corporate restructuring, and Real Estate. You will have exposure to high-profile clients across various sectors, collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to ensure tax-efficient structuring of complex commercial transactions.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK Tax laws and regulations, along with excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
