With a global presence and a reputation for handling the most complex and high-profile mandates, this is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of the legal tax sector.

Your new role

As a Tax Associate, you will become part of a market-leading UK Tax practice based in London. You'll advise on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including public and private M&A, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and private capital transactions. Your work will also span finance and restructuring, real estate tax, and contentious tax matters, often involving cross-border elements and collaboration with international offices. You'll be solving some of the most challenging tax issues for a prestigious client base.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualification as a lawyer in England and Wales (or another common law jurisdiction with relevant UK tax experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate tax matters, ideally within a leading law firm or equivalent environment.
  • A strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-border, multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to complex legal challenges.

What you'll get in return

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary starting at £150,000+, along with the opportunity to work with some of the most respected professionals in the field. You'll benefit from a supportive and inclusive culture, exposure to international work, and a clear path for career development within a globally recognised firm.
