A prestigious legal recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Tax Knowledge lawyer to join a leading Tax Knowledge team in London. The role involves advising on corporate tax, supporting complex mandates, and engaging in knowledge sharing. This full-time position offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with part-time options considered.
LAW Absolute is currently working with a Magic circle firm whose highly regarded Tax Knowledge team is seeking an experienced Tax Knowledge lawyer or a corporate tax lawyer looking to move into a knowledge role. This position is to start ASAP and is for 12 months on a FTC basis covering parental leave.
You will have high-quality complex tax experience and advise on all areas of corporate tax. You will be responsible for supporting the firm's tax team on a range of complex tax law mandates in the market. This will involve knowledge sharing, working on global matters as much of the work the team does has an international element, and covering the full remit of knowledge provisions for the Tax practice. This includes regular tax law updates, horizon scanning, training (both technical and mentoring), as well as providing precedent materials and other tax law-related literature.
The team is dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative. You will be an integral part of the wider knowledge team and work closely with the firm’s knowledge counsel in Tax.
This is a full-time role, but a part-time arrangement will also be considered.
