The Employee Incentives business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice. We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of employee share plans and cash-based incentives. The Employee Incentives business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice. We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of employee share plans and cash-based incentives. Coupled with this, an increased focus on employee motivation, pay, retention, and managing cost means our clients need our help.
The role would be responsible for advising clients in a number of the above areas with the relevant support from more senior members of the team where needed to develop the full range of skills. The client base spans all sectors including UK listed (PLC and AIM), global companies with US and other country listings, and unlisted (e.g. private, and equity-backed) businesses. The scope of the role is wide and will vary depending on the needs of our clients. As well as client delivery, the role would include assisting with client management, including risk processes, timely billing and cash collection, and informal and formal training of more junior members of the team.
