Job summary

RSM in the UK is offering a graduate opportunity in Corporate Tax. You will embark on a structured training journey, combining paid study leave with hands-on client work to develop core tax skills from day one.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals as you balance client work, study and exams. The programme provides a clear path to ACA/ATT/ADIT and CTA qualifications, with a supportive team and opportunities across the UK.

Qualifications

• Honours degree required or predicted, with UCAS points as specified.
• UCAS: 112 points across 3 A levels (or equivalent) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

What we're looking for

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have studied tax before, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to build your career from day one.

To Be Considered, You’ll Need

• An obtained or predicted honours degree.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
