Job summary

RSM is offering a graduate opportunity in Team Tax in the UK, with a structured training programme and real client experience across compliance and advisory. The role is rooted in Corporate Tax in this location, with a start date of 14 September 2027 and a focus on building your career from day one.

You’ll join a collaborative team, learn from experienced professionals, and gain access to paid study leave, mentoring, and a broad qualification pathway (ACA/ATT/ADIT and/or CTA).

Qualifications

• Honours degree (obtained or predicted).
• UCAS points: 112 across 3 A levels (or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers) or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQ.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have studied tax before, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to build your career from day one.

To Be Considered, You’ll Need

• An obtained or predicted honours degree.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
