Overview

I'm working with a mid-market PE firm who are in the process of carving out a c£300m turnover specialist manufacturing company. They're looking for someone to setup the tax function for that business. The role will be interim in the first instance, but can become permanent in the long term, should that be something you're interested in.

Responsibilities

• Set up the tax function for the carved-out business
• The role will be interim in the first instance, but can become permanent in the long term, should that be something you\'re interested in.
• Experience setting up an international tax function (specifically with relation to the US, and SE Asia if possible), in a PE/carve out setting.
• The interim role will largely be remote, though in the long run there will be a need for some office presence in NW England, and potentially some international travel.
