The Role

Due to growth, we are recruiting a Tax Compliance Senior for our Newcastle office. Key responsibilities include:

• Entering tax information into our software for review by a Tax Compliance Manager
• Handling complex cases such as Profit Sharing, Farmers Averaging Claims, CGT computations, etc.
• Sending reminders to clients for missing information
• Reporting HMRC compliance inquiries to the Tax Compliance Manager
• Supporting and training Tax data entry for Assistants

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• ATT or CTA qualified, or studying towards these qualifications; qualified by experience candidates considered
• Experience in accounting/tax compliance in an accountancy practice
• Team player, willing to assist colleagues
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Organized, problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team
