Job summary

HW Finance are delighted to partner with a large UK organisation to recruit a Tax & Compliance Manager. The role combines tax reporting, compliance, and driving controls and digitisation across tax processes.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage corporation tax returns, VAT, and tax planning activities, working with stakeholders and auditors to strengthen governance and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification with experience in a tax and compliance environment.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and ERP systems; able to meet deadlines.
• Able to engage with colleagues across the business and provide insights beyond traditional tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit annual Corporation Tax returns.
• Prepare quarterly Corporation Tax provisions and payment estimates.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Support the annual R&D tax claim.
