Severn Trent Water is seeking a Tax Business Partner for a 12-month FTC at our head office in Coventry. You will take the lead in managing the Corporation Tax Return Process for the Severn Trent group in the UK and oversee the year-end tax provisioning with transparent disclosures.
You will interact with stakeholders across Tax, Treasury and other groups, and support regulatory matters including Price Reviews, while delivering defensible tax positions and continuous improvements to processes.

As an experienced Tax Professional, we will want you to take the lead in managing our Corporation Tax Return Process for the Severn Trent group of companies based in the UK. In this role, you will also manage the year-end tax provisioning process, delivering defendable tax positions that are fully supported by transparent and clear disclosures and take an active role on all regulatory matters including Price Reviews and Annual Performance.

We’re looking for a candidate who has2-3 years experience in UK corporation tax, with experience in Onesource being desirable. The successful candidate would be aqualified Chartered Accountant, or Chartered Tax Adviser.
