The TA&RM team is a tight-knit, nationally collaborative group led by three dedicated tax partners. The team supports clients on their end-to-end tax risk, compliance, and governance journeys, covering everything from SAO and CCO compliance, tax strategy, and risk registers, to HMRC Business Risk Reviews, controls testing, and operating model reviews. They advise private, PE-backed, and listed clients across all industries - helping them build tax functions that withstand scrutiny and deliver stakeholder confidence.

You’ll be at the forefront of transformational tax work - combining deep tax knowledge with operational insight. You’ll facilitate senior-level workshops, drive project delivery across teams, and help shape how businesses run their tax departments. This is not a traditional tax compliance role - this is strategic, advisory-led work at its most impactful.

Leading client relationships with boards, CFOs, and Heads of Tax

Collaborating with the firm's tax teams and managing cross-functional project delivery
Supporting business development and innovation across the TA&RM practice

CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent experience)
