Job Description:

Our client, a leading US law firm, is looking to hire a newly qualified Tax Associate. The team is highly regarded for their work on sophisticated and international tax structuring across the banking, finance, corporate, real estate, and funds sectors.

The team is renowned for their expertise in both domestic and international tax matters, particularly in complex financing transactions. Their work includes structured finance, securitisation, fund finance, CLOs, M&A, restructurings, and tax disputes. You will advise on the tax aspects of transactions, including structuring securitisations, hybrid capital instruments, credit-linked notes, stock lending, and insurance-linked securities, as well as support on corporate matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Due to be admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in September 2025.
  • Relevant training seat or secondment in a leading firm, with experience in corporate tax.
  • Excellent academic credentials and first-class technical ability.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
