This is an exciting opportunity to join the GT tax team that focuses on advising businesses and their owners on significant transactions.
This is an advisory-only role, with no compliance involved.
You will work on a variety of interesting projects, such as tax structuring for trade sales, private equity investments, management buyouts, initial public offerings, carve-outs/demergers, and related planning.
This role may suit you if you have some experience advising shareholders and their companies on transactions, whether from a corporate or private client tax background (we have team members from both backgrounds).
You will benefit from working with approachable, friendly colleagues in a supportive culture. Our team maintains this culture while delivering exceptional client service through technical excellence and a practical, commercial approach.
The role is within our GT Private South & London team, covering transactions as mentioned and traditional private client advice for high-net-worth individuals. There is flexibility to work across both areas if interested.
