Base pay range

Are you a highly organised and self-motivated Tax Analyst with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at working to tight deadlines? We are recruiting for a rapidly growing IT group, named in Time Magazine's Time 100 Most Influential Companies list. This is a 6–12-month full-time contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Global Tax and Compliance Function, supporting the Indirect Sales Manager and Sales Tax team to ensure global tax compliance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly sales tax returns, including report generation and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Liaise with payment providers for tax payments and receipt confirmation.
  • Review and process monthly sales tax adjustment journals.
  • Resolve queries related to global sales tax and UK VAT.
  • Manage and respond to Creator invoices and queries via our customer service portal.
  • Support bookkeeping, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and month-end processes.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing new system processes.
  • Assist with VAT audit data requests.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skills continuously.
