Our client is a well-established Accounting and Advisory firm experiencing a period of strategic growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to bring additional leadership into the team to support continued growth.

This is a unique need for a Tax Advisory Partner to work with owner-managed businesses, PE-backed businesses, high-growth and corporates across Scotland on corporate tax and personal tax. Ultimately you should have an appetite to grow a client base with support from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a client attraction and business development strategy
  • Execute plans to grow the taxpractice and expand market share
  • Mentor, coach, and develop senior taxtalent, building a strong talent pipeline
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, innovation and continuous improvement
Experience/skills needed
  • Significant experience as a senior taxprofessional in practice/professional services
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex tax matters
  • Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of ataxportfolio
