Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group in Leicester is seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to lead a private client and OMB tax advisory portfolio. The role focuses entirely on advisory work with no compliance, handling complex projects for high-net-worth clients and privately owned businesses.

You will own projects from start to finish, manage client relationships, review work, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with accountants, lawyers and financial advisers.

Qualifications

• ACA or CTA qualified.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong Private Client and/or OMB tax advisory experience.
• Experience managing tax advisory projects and deadlines.
• Confident managing client and professional relationships.
• Comfortable reviewing work and developing junior team members.

The Opportunity

You'll manage a varied portfolio of tax advisory projects, working alongside experienced tax specialists on complex Private Client and OMB matters.

You'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, manage key client relationships, review advisory work, support junior team members and get involved in business development. You'll also work closely with accountants, lawyers, financial advisers and other professional intermediaries.

What You'll Need

• ACA or CTA qualified
