Pro‑Recruitment Group are working with a Leicester-based tax advisory team to recruit a Tax Advisory Assistant Manager, focusing exclusively on Private Client and OMB tax advisory work.

This role offers a genuine advisory focus with no compliance, exposure to high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses, and a clear path to progression to Manager while developing advanced technical tax skills.

Qualifications

• ACA or CTA qualified, or working towards qualification.
• Private Client and/or OMB tax experience.
• Strong interest in developing within tax advisory.
• Good technical tax knowledge.
• Confident communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support senior members of the team on Private Client/OMB tax advisory projects.
• Take increasing ownership of client work and deadlines.
• Build relationships with clients and professional advisers.
• Develop technical advisory experience and supervise junior team members.

I'm working with a specialist tax advisory team in Leicester to recruit a Tax Advisory Assistant Manager, focusing entirely on Private Client and OMB tax advisory work.

The Opportunity

You'll work on a broad range of Private Client and OMB tax advisory projects, supporting senior members of the team while taking increasing ownership of client work.

You'll help manage projects and deadlines, build relationships with clients and professional advisers, support junior team members and develop your technical advisory experience.

What You'll Need

• ACA or CTA qualified, or working towards qualification
