Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

1. Support Tax Partners in delivering high-quality and reliable tax advisory services to clients.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings.
3. Lead the client tax offering in the restructuring and M&A space.
4. Ensure the delivery of solutions to clients considering succession planning.
5. Possess experience and knowledge in tax within restructuring work.
6. Maintain strong technical tax knowledge.
7. Confidently deal directly with clients, colleagues, and tax authorities.
