We're looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused individual to join our friendly boutique accountancy and tax team based in Sheffield. As part of a dynamic law firm, we work closely with our lawyer colleagues, helping the firm's clients with their tax compliance.
You'll be able to demonstrate an awareness of profitability and you'll be expected to provide efficient, cost-effective work using commercial software. Using your experience, you'll prepare and (depending on experience) review annual self-assessment tax returns and capital gains returns for a portfolio of clients, and assist with disclosures to HMRC.
We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you're fully supported. This includes our Flexible by Choice programme which gives our colleagues more choice over a hybrid way of working subject to role, team and client requirements.
