Our client in West Somerset is seeking an experienced Tax & Accounts Manager to join the team and work closely with senior leadership. The role oversees tax and accounts work, providing technical oversight and supporting team development.
The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience in UK accountancy practice, driving client relationships and business development while maintaining high service standards.

- Drive team development and process improvement with senior leadership.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support networking and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the long-term growth and direction of the practice.
