Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services UK is seeking a Tax Accountant to support UK & Ireland tax compliance, reporting and governance. You’ll work with the Head of Tax and Finance teams to ensure accurate tax filings and proactive risk management.

This role suits a detail-oriented tax professional with strong analytical skills, experience in corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing, and the ability to build relationships across the business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tax experience in industry, practice or professional services.
• Qualified or working towards ACCA/ACA/CTA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporation tax, VAT and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporation tax computations and quarterly instalment payments.
• Assist current and deferred tax calculations for group and statutory reporting.
• Support tax disclosures in annual group and statutory accounts and audits.
