Tax Accountant

We are recruiting for an experienced Tax Accountant based in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded firm offering a dynamic and progressive work environment. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day working from home. Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage tax compliance for corporate, personal, and payroll tax services.
  2. Prepare and review corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, and payroll calculations.
  3. Lead and assist with tax assignments and manage client communications effectively.
  4. Supervise and delegate tax and payroll work to junior staff.
  5. Assist managers and partners with ad-hoc project work.
What Experience is Required:
  1. CTA qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant practice experience.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and payroll.
  3. Experience in leading tax compliance and managing a team in a practice environment.
Salary & Benefits:
