Job summary

A reputable group in Central London seeks a Tax Accountant who will support the Head of Tax in managing both indirect and direct taxes from an international and UK perspective. The successful candidate will participate in compliance, reporting, and advisory roles, engage with HMRC, and enhance tax technology. Ideal candidates should have strong international tax knowledge and experience in large organizations. This role offers a hybrid working model and a salary of £45,000 plus benefits.

Tax Accountant | Part Qualified or QBE | Central London / Hybrid | £45,000 + Package

We are working with a well-known group who are looking for a Tax Accountant to join their team. This role will support the Head of Tax with the day-to-day operations of the team; covering both indirect & direct taxes from an international and UK perspective. You will get the opportunity to get involved in their ERP implementation from a tax perspective as well.

The role:

• Compliance and reporting across corporate tax
• GST/VAT compliance
• Working with HMRC to deal with any questions whilst building a strong relationship
• International tax advisory
• Working with stakeholders both internal and external
• Involvement in tax technology enhancement

Candidate requirements:

• Strong knowledge of international tax - GST & Corporate
• Experience with large organisations
• Team player with strong stakeholder management skills
• The team are happy to wait up to 3 months for the right candidate
