This is a full-time on-site role for an Tax Accountant, our physical office is located in Youngstown, Ohio. The Accountant will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing tax-related documents, providing strategic tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and preparing for audits. The Accountant will work closely with clients to develop personalized tax-saving strategies and provide comprehensive financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and managing tax-related documents
• Experience in strategic tax planning and providing personalized tax savings strategies
• Knowledge of IRS compliance and audit support
• Skills in bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and financial analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
• Experience in tax planning and preparation in the business and individual sectors
