Job summary

Finnebrogue is recruiting a QA support role to assist with taste and consistency panels and maintain quality records across production lines in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will help screen panel participants, trend results, and support product launches while adhering to approved quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA or taste testing is beneficial.
• Ability to carry out taste and consistency panels.
• Good data trending and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the taste panel assistant in carrying out taste and consistency panels against approved quality standards.
• Trending of taste & consistency panel data and communication of summary to teams.
• Assisting with the screening of taste and consistency panel participants.
• Keeping the taste panel risk assessment live and up to date.
• Issuing sample collection schedules to the QA teams & supporting with sample collection.
• Trending organoleptic results against micro.
• Assisting the quality technologist with quality-based complaints and support with completion of complaint summaries in the absence of the quality technologist.
• Supporting the technical team with site audits and associated paperwork.
• Assisting the Technical Administrator with laboratory samples and logging.
• Support with and attend product launches.
• Completing quality checks of products on the production line, in storage and stores.
