Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Targeting Systems Analyst to join our team in the UK, conducting all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems. The role supports targeting and operational planning with strong analytic tradecraft.

The position requires TS clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least five years of experience as an all-source analyst. It offers onsite work in Molesworth and opportunities for growth within a respected organization.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations.
• Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
• Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems.
• Analyze systems, networks, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and organizations to develop assessments and build analytic consensus.
• Produce and present detailed intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings.
• Apply structured analytic techniques and established Intelligence Community tradecraft.
• Support targeting and operational planning requirements.
