Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Target Analyst to join a team delivering target list management and BDA in support of EUCOM. You will perform intelligence analysis for nomination, development, and validation following JP guidance and EUCOM SOPs, strengthening analytic skills through teamwork and leadership.

Work 24/7 in a demanding environment and travel up to 25%. TS/SCI clearance required; degree paths and ITD experience are considered for qualification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and creating imagery products.
• 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings.
• 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR.
• Experience with tools such as MIDB, MARS, WARPATH, iSpy, and DiEE.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analytic platforms, including Maven Smart Systems, to accelerate target discovery, development, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform target list management and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) in support of EUCOM.
• Provide intelligence analysis for target nomination, development, and validation per Joint Publications and SOPs.
• Collaborate with partners across the Intelligence Community to support warfighter needs.
