Grade: K scp 39 £48,710 to scp 43 £52,805 plus 7% enhancement for out of hours working and Essential Car User Allowance up to £963pa

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Targeted Youth Support Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Service.
The role will manage and maintain oversight of a Targeted Youth Support provision within a Family Help service including direct line management of the staff. It will involve working with partners to support integrated working and ensure alignment to wider Adolescent and Youth Work delivery. This role is key to supporting community engagement and development within the Locality team and ensuring consistency of service provision and responsivity of the targeted youth offer as needs emerge.
The role will be key to facilitating and ensuring connectivity across the Borough of dedicated youth provision, to create integrated and joined up working arrangements that effectively support young people, across a range of needs.
The post holder will manage services and resources across a team ensuring targeted intervention programme plans are coordinated and meet the needs of young people and the community.

About You
You will be a passionate and experienced manager with an understanding and experience of Youth Work and Early Help.
You will have experience of managing Youth Work delivery and have a robust knowledge of effective methodology, as well as an understanding of Family Help developments. You will have experience of managing high performing teams, utilising a restorative approach to leadership and leading by example. You will have experience of working with partners and supporting culture, practice and integrated working.
You will be an approachable and confident leader, who embraces creativity and approaches change with a ‘can do’ attitude to overcome challenges.
