A community-focused charity in Liverpool is seeking a Targeted Tutor to work with young people facing challenges. Responsibilities include delivering education programmes and tracking their effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have experience in classroom delivery for ages 11-18, be skilled in managing behaviours, and possess strong communication abilities. This temporary position requires a Level 3 teaching qualification and offers a working environment dedicated to safeguarding and inclusion.

About the opportunity:
Our Children and Youth Services support children and young people aged 2 to 25 who face high risk and vulnerability. We provide intensive help and positive interventions for issues like homelessness, criminal involvement, educational struggles, mental and physical health challenges, and family difficulties.
Our goal is to inspire and empower young people to realize their potential, live healthier lives, and contribute to stronger communities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Targeted Tutor to join our Children & Youth Services Team.
You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and demonstrating the impact of our funded Secondary Education programmes, working closely with the Secondary Education Senior Coordinator to ensure alignment with EITC's five-year strategy - Trinity Project.
Your main base will be within the Everton in the Community campus, but you will be required to be mobile across schools and community venues across Merseyside.

This position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours/week, based across EitC Campus and schools.
