Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced all-source military capabilities analyst to join our Intelligence team.

You will develop intelligence products, analyze adversarial systems in the USEUCOM AOR, and support target system analysis and joint planning processes. The role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite work depending on position requirements, with a competitive UK salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
• Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience producing and presenting written long-form intelligence products.
• Experience as a target system or targeting analyst.
• Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelors degree.
• Experience analyzing military capabilities in the European Theater.
• Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and the Joint Planning Process.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that study the complexity of adversarial systems within the USEUCOM AOR.
• Support MILCAP issues with a focus on target system analysis, target development, or all-source analytical work related to applying specific analytical methodologies to system analysis.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft while building assessments for clients and policymakers.
• Grow expertise in ground-specific intelligence and share methodologies with other professionals.
• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver support to customers.
• Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of clients.
