Qualifications

• 5+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
• Experience with multiple intelligence agencies to build consensus and drive production.
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Experience producing written long-form intelligence products.
• Experience as a target system or targeting analyst.
• Knowledge of analytic tradecraft including critical thinking and structured analysis.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence products and assessments on adversarial systems
• Support MILCAP matters with focus on target system analysis, target development, or all-source analysis
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to client/policymaker assessments
• Produce long-form intelligence reports for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with other analysts to share methodologies and insights
