Target Operating Model Support Analyst – Barclays

Location: London, United Kingdom

Education requirement: GCSE.

Role: This is a vacancy in the Administration field.

Responsibilities
  • Join us as a Target Operating Model Support Analyst at Barclays where you will work alongside the business stakeholders, operations users, controls teams, technology teams, UAT test managers and all other stakeholders to understand current business process.
  • Assess key skills relevant for success in the role, such as lending and servicing process and procedures, Loan IQ, Business Analysis experience and Stakeholder management. Additional skills in organisation, communication and time management are highly valued. This role is based in London.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
Qualifications
  • GCSE education or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work in London and legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Accountabilities
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data-led insights.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance and optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Development of reports and presentations on performance and optimisation and communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
  • Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance and optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

  • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.

  • Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
