As a Target Analyst on our team, you will use your spe cia lized technical experience to enable operations and intelligence collection to enable the success of mission owners.You’ll learn how to validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for both the warfighter and key policy makers. This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in targeting analysis, briefing, writing, and critical thinking. You’ll also share your skills with other analysts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in the targets field
• 2+ years of experience as a targeteer
• Experience preparing and maintaining targeting packages and best practices in performing target assessments while contributing to Advanced Target Development
• Experience facilitating collaboration and liaising between U.S. and multi-national partners to formulate more robust exchanges and collaboration of assessments to refine analytic judgments
• Ability to identify opportunities to incorporate national intelligence information into a multi-national environment
• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community’s missions, functions, and interrelationships
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with peers and senior leadership
• TS / SCI clearance
• U.S. Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience providing intelligence support specific to targeting analysis
• Experience with Advanced Target Development including through collateral damage assessments, target coordinate mensuration, and weapon eering, such as support crisis planning and contingency operations
• Experience working with allied partners
• Ability to prepare and maintain target packages and folders, annotate target graphics, and perform target assessments
• Possession of excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
