As a Target Analyst on our team, you will use your specialized technical experience to enable operations and intelligence collection to enable the success of mission owners.You’ll learn how to validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for both the warfighter and key policymakers. You Have:

5+ years of experience in targeting intelligence production

Experience analyzing and producing targeting packages

Knowledge of the Intelligence Community’s missions, functions, and interrelationships

Knowledge of Theater-level CI and HUMINT Operations

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with peers and senior leadership

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Nice If You Have:

Experience providing intelligence support specific to targeting analysis

Experience with programming languages for scripting and automation, including Python or C++

Experience working with allied partners

Knowledge of DoD CI and HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine

Possession of excellent critical and analytical thinking skills

Possession of excellent writing and briefing skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
