We are looking for coordination of health budgets to an identified cohort of rough sleepers, working in close partnership with Local Authorities service providers, health organisations, the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC) advisors and the Greater London Authority (GLA). North East London Integrated Care System has secured additional funding through the Rough Sleeping Initiative to support people off the street and sustain tenancies. The PHB project has shown positive outcomes, with opportunities to embed learning and best practice to help some of the most vulnerable adults across NEL.
