Woodside Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to educate Tankfreight drivers on CPC training, health and safety, and tanker procedures. You will lead induction programs for new drivers and coach on loading/offloading liquids and powders, including artic configurations, using telemetric data for performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience training tanker drivers and assessing performance.
• Knowledge of CPC training and course development.
• Familiarity with health, safety and transport legislation.

Responsabilités

• Train and educate Tankfreight Drivers on CPC training and safety policies.
• Induct and train newly recruited drivers on procedures and company policies.
• Train in loading/offloading of liquid and powder tanks and related procedures.
• Train on artic combinations and use telemetric systems for performance reviews.
• Formally assess HGV drivers at least annually.
• Update drivers on procedures, safety policies and customer requirements.
• Ensure drivers present well, wear uniforms, and keep vehicles clean.
• Conduct random drug and alcohol testing with in-house equipment.
• Report health and safety issues and participate in risk meetings.
• Assist with defect reporting, investigations and CPC course development.
