P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Tank Specialist to join their team based in the Essex area on a full-time, short-term basis.

Must be UK Personnel

Main Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on tank repair, decommissioning, and deconstruction to ensure on-site mechanical work meets the highest standards and complies with HSE, company standards, and specifications.
• Review repair worklists and engineering drawings and prepare technical and tender scopes of work to align with company specs and standards.
• Issue Scopes of Work according to company purchasing and planning procedures.
• Ensure Contractor QMSs are reviewed, approved, and implemented effectively.
• Prepare cost estimates to deliver the best value within budget constraints.
• Monitor costs to ensure they remain within the estimated range.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a related field such as Piping, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Tank Specialist.
• Essential experience in decommissioning and deconstruction.
