Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory administration or stock control within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar inventory system.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with confidence handling and maintaining inventory data.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and control of inventory across the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records within warehouse systems.
• Investigate and help resolve stock discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support stock checks and inventory-related activities.
• Ensure inventory transactions and adjustments are recorded accurately and efficiently.
• Verify inbound and outbound documentation and ensure information is accurately captured.
• Monitor and track incoming stock and containers.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Yard Operations to resolve inventory queries.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain inventory reports and documentation.
• Use Excel and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support inventory control and reporting.
