This role offers the potential for a TLR for a candidate who is committed to excellence and wants to contribute to the leadership of the English department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
• Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English language and literature.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
• Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress.
• TLR opportunities may be available in areas such as mentoring, data analysis, or leading specific projects within the department.
