Job description

We are looking to recruit:

Talent Support Officer

18.5 hours per week

Grade 6 - £27,111.00 to £30,060.00 per annum (pro-rata)

The role:

As a Talent Support Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy as part of the Talent and Organisational Development team. You will manage diverse data systems, manipulate and analyze data, and present it in appropriate formats to support the team in attracting, recognizing, and retaining talent. Additionally, you will help embed and maintain a compliant procurement system for apprenticeship programs. This pivotal role supports talent interventions to develop and improve the retention of critical skills across the organization.
