Job Description :
Better and fairer care. Always.
St Vincent's has been a leader in Australia's health and aged care landscape for more than 165 years. Since our founders, the Sisters of Charity, opened our first hospital in 1857, our services and people have been behind some of Australia's most important medical breakthroughs. We are a microcosm of our Australia’s health and aged care system and are uniquely positioned to lead and respond to our rapidly changing environment.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As the Talent Support you will be collaborating with our Talent Partners in delivering a recently implemented, end to end, value-add internal recruitment service to our St Vincent’s hiring managers and candidates alike.
Working closely with our Talent team and broader People & Culture colleagues, you will primarily focus on supporting the pre-employment element of our recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring a smooth transition from applicant to St Vincents team member.
Day to day responsibilities will include conducting pre-employment verifications, interview coordination, inbox management, process guidance and education and supporting our team to provide a fast and efficient service across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Why become part of the St Vincent’s Care family?
Because you’re like us, you believe that every act of kindness makes the world a better place. Better for everyone who lives in the 20+ facilities and locations we operate in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Better for all our staff and employees, who work tirelessly to provide the highest levels of care and quality of life for our clients. And better support for the local communities we play an important role in and continue to support.
