Job description

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics, models, and agents. Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

As a Talent Strategist on Dataiku’s Talent Density team, you’ll play a foundational role as we evolve our Talent function to meet business outcomes — shaping how Dataiku attracts, engages, and grows the right talent, both externally and internally. You’ll combine sourcing strategy, talent branding, marketing savvy, and market intelligence with a deep focus on skills, capabilities, and future needs — all anchored in our global competency framework and the belief that Talent Density is our strategic edge.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in building a talent engine that aligns to future-forward business strategy, supports the development of an internal talent marketplace, and reinforces a skills-based talent model grounded in our competency framework.

What’s Talent Density at Dataiku?

We’re not just filling roles — we’re building the strongest possible teams, aligned to real business needs, and fueled by a world-class approach to talent. Our Talent Density Team is a newly formed group that exists to make talent a strategic lever, not merely a reactive function.

  • Be part of a cutting-edge, future-proofed Talent Density function at a company that's shaping the future of AI
  • Work in a global, collaborative environment that values curiosity, precision, and impact
  • Play a hands-on role in the evaluation of the talent lifecycle - including how it's identified, evaluated, hired, and supported

How you’ll make an impact

  • Partner with business and TA leaders to map future-state needs and define critical talent segments.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent poolsacross key business units, including tracking market signals and competitor moves to anticipate where talent is shifting
  • Equip recruiters with insights, messaging, and materials to activate proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build and activate employer brand content
  • Launch persona-driven marketing campaigns to attract specific audiences tied to open roles and future growth
  • Partner with cross-functional talent teams to stand up a skills and competency framework that aligns hiring decisions with internal mobility frameworks
  • Participate in defining and evolving our skills-based approach to talent , including the creation of an internal talent marketplace that supports internal mobility strategies
  • Use tools like Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and internal analytics to inform strategy
  • Participate in talent calibration and hiring review cycles to keep strategy aligned to results

What you’ll need to be successful

  • At least five years of experience in Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Marketing, Employer Branding, or transferable functional area
  • Experience building talent pools and ability to partner with business leaders on long-term pipeline strategy
  • Familiarity with building or contributing to skills-based hiring, competency frameworks, or talent marketplace initiatives
  • Experience using insights to prioritize, pivot, and measure impact
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar tools
  • Passion for internal mobility and talent intelligence
  • Curious, future-focused, and deeply collaborative — you thrive in the ambiguity of building something new

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
